Airport Pickup and Drop offs

Taking you to airport.

It is important that we allow plenty of drive time for the unexpected traffic delay to ensure your timely departures. We can pick you up anywhere in the Hudson Valley, New York area, and transport you to the airport of your choice. We offer basic cars, vans or executive cars; please ask dispatchers for specific vehicle requests and pricing. We highly recommend arriving to the airport for departures two hours early for domestic flights, and three hours early for international flights. 845 Transportation, it's drivers and dispatchers will not be held responsible for missed flights due to poor planning on behalf of the passenger. 

Picking you up at the airport

To ensure that you are successfully picked up on time at the airport, communication is key. Please turn your cell phone on when your airplane has landed and check your text messages. Our system will send you a text message to inform you that the driver has arrived at the airport and is waiting at the cell phone lot, just minutes from the terminals. You will be able to communicate directly with your driver. 

If you did not provide a cell phone on your order for you or the passenger, please call us so that we can update your order prior to your pick up. We can pick up at the curb, baggage or the entrance of short term parking. If you do not provide a cell phone number on your order, the driver may have difficulty locating you unless you order meet and greet service as described below. 

Meet and Greet Service

You are our top priority and 845 Transportation LLC. drivers will be happy to meet and greet you at the airport. Meet and greet service is available at all area airports. You can expect an excellent level of service. Your driver will display a clear sign with your name on it, welcome you and introduce him or herself, help with your luggage and escort you to the car. Passengers are responsible for paying an additional fee for this service, along with airport parking fees and wait time charges. Please speak with any of our dispatchers for all of the details if you are requesting this service.
